My pre-workout drink today--- I HAD A craving for something chocolate--
Whats in It?
1 banana
2 fresh or soaked dried dates
2 cups cold water
1/4 cup almonds
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp hemp protein
1 tbsp roasted carob powder
1 tbsp black chia seeds
