10 minute Banana Ice Cream

Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients 

2 frozen bananas 
1 inch Madagascar vanilla bean
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp roasted cacao nibs
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp coconut sugar


Directions 

Place banana, nutmeg, vanilla bean and coconut sugar  in a food processor and puree until you achieve ice-cream consistency. That’s it!  
Serve immediately.

Toppings = Serve and Place the cacao nibs and cinnamon over the top of the ice cream. 

Note: a small inverted cup style blender does a real good job -- I USED a magic bullet to make this.
