BANANA BREAD ENERGY BARS
Cinnamon and nutmeg combined with banana give this bar the taste of traditional
banana bread, in a healthy, convenient form.


INGREDIENTS
1 small banana
3/4 cup fresh or soaked dried dates
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup ground sesame seeds
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Sea salt to taste

Blend all until smooth
spread mixture even in a medium to small baking dish.

place in refrigerator for a few hours

slice and serve

Makes approximately
12 1-3⁄4 ounce bars
