Apple Pie smoothie






Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 peeled, chopped apple
1 cup almond milk or scoop of Vanilla Almondilla VEGA shake w/ water
½ tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Ice (optional)

Mix all ingredients in blender for 1-2 minutes and serve. Note: You can add other ingredients for added nutrition such as flax or Chia seeds.
