Day 6----7 days--7 ways to have breakfast-- steamed Broccoli

Steamed Broccoli


Ingredients

2 cups broccoli
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Steam the broccoli for 5 to 7 minutes
press the garlic-- mix in with the lemon juice and olive oil
drizzle the dressing over the steamed broccoli

serve and enjoy this green veggie breakfast
