Breakfast Japanese Style-- recipe































Ingredients 

one baby bok choy
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon brown rice vinegar
1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
1/2 cup cooked brown rice ( I used my rice steamer)
 

Directions 

wash and chop bok choy into bite sized pieces
heat sesame oil in saute pan
stir-fry bok choy for a minute
add in vinegar, tamari and rice
stir and continue to cook for 3 minutes
serve 

garnish with sesame seeds
